At Lexmedix, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner across India. This shipping policy explains our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and other important details related to the shipment of your order.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you place your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of any significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping option selected during checkout.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Delivery will be completed by the end of the day.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical challenges in remote areas.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping for orders placed on our India-based website. If you are located outside of India, please contact us to check for international order options.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the shipping provider’s website.

Note: Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after your order is dispatched.

Delivery Locations and Restrictions

  • Serviceable Areas: We deliver to most pin codes in India, including major cities, towns, and rural areas. In case your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
  • Non-Deliverable Locations: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, army postal offices (APO), or other restricted areas.

Shipping Address and Modifications

  • Accurate Information: Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are entered correctly at checkout. Lexmedix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Address Changes: If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lexmedix.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or lockdowns. We will do our best to notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

Missing or Damaged Packages

  • Missing Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@lexmedix.com so that we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged product and packaging and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lexmedix.com.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for select locations in India. COD orders will be verified via a phone call or email before being processed. The COD option may not be available for certain pin codes or high-value orders.
