At Lexmedix, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy that allows you to return eligible items and receive a refund or exchange in accordance with the guidelines outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. All original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact.
  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided with your return request.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or altered in any way.
  • Perishable items or products that have an expiration date.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted products.

Return Process

  3. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely and ship it back to the return address provided in the return authorization email. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times may vary. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@lexmedix.com with details and photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or provide instructions on how to return the defective item.

Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, you will need to follow our return process. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lexmedix.com with your order number.
